I popped in to buy the extended warranty on my Christmas gift from my husband and Kathy Huntley went above and beyond. While doing the purchase she cleaned my rings and inspected them for me as I was past due on that. She took the time to find all my jewellery that over the years had been put under multiple accounts and get them all under one account.
