I stopping in as I’m in the beginning stages of looking at rings for my girlfriend, and had no idea what different carat sizes were and had a lot of questions that the internet couldn’t answer. Even though I wasn’t ready to buy quite yet Jazz took the time to clearly explain difference in rings, diamonds, carats, and everything. I learned more in 10 minutes in the store than trying to do months of research online Highly recommend dealing with Jazz!
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I have received from this company. I ordered a ring on February 9th, with guaranteed delivery by February 13th, as it was for my wedding tomorrow. Poor customer service. The left me with a new hire, and didn't bother to check on me, if we were doing fine, didn't even acknowledge my presence when I myself tried to go to her to ask a question. poor new hire was lost to answer any questions.
