If I could I would give it zero stars I have been married since 2022, and I can honestly say that my wedding ring has spent more time being repaired than on my finger. For something so meaningful, the quality has been incredibly disappointing. Since my spouse purchased my ring, I have experienced multiple diamonds falling out, broken clasps, and now what appears to be chipping in the main diamond. I had the most positive and rewarding experience with this people‘s location. I was visiting In the area with a friend, 2 1/2 hours from where I live near Ottawa Ontario. My engagement ring of 45 years had a picky feeling in the prong and I stopped in. They told me what was wrong and went way above and beyond In their customer service, which they put ahead of their profits. Something you don’t see in many companies anymore these days : excellent and caring staff. .

The manager yesterday, I believe she said her name was Amanda (I apologize if that is incorrect) was extremely helpful and friendly. Looking forward to dealing with her in the future when getting my jewelry checked and clean!
I purchased a herringbone chain and had an issue with it. They sent it away and it came back with the same issue so I had exchanged it for a new one. Fast forward a month later, I still had issues with it and was regretting my purchase so I returned to the store where Victoria and Amanda sorted everything out for me with minimal hiccups. I will definitely return due to the service provided.
