I have shopped People's in other locations and been happy. The Quinte Mall locations is a huge disappointment. Faulty ring, poor customer service to point they delete reviews that aren't high. Don't believe the 4.8 rating. Sadly since they have not been helpful the situation will be escalating with names attached.
We purchased our rings from Quinte Mall location. Amanda made it very easy thanks to her experience and we would recommend this store to anyone. Great selection and very pleasant staff.
