Absolutely a bad experience at the Belleville store, started off well, but ended finding a ring on line, and the there was no help at all, they wouldn’t order on line for us and have it delivered to the store for pick up. So we ended up ordering on line having it shipped to the store for pickup. When we went in to pick it up we had a trade up ring to return and they wouldn’t not lets us use the trade up ring, after showing emails saying it was not a problem to do the transaction.
