Went to people's today and walked out with a beautiful ring for my fiance. Lucette was a wonderful help and very pleasant to work with. She made picking out the ring easy and was patient with me while I decided. Will definitely be back for more in the future!!

Janelle was AMAZING! She provided excellent, quality customer service for the complex problem I gave her. She worked hard for me for over an hour and a half to get everything taken care of. And she still had a beautiful smile on her face People's and this is aprime example face at the end. I've always had exceptional service at Nanaimo People's and this is aprime example.
