I am giving 5 star specifically for Shabar, he was the only one who made an extra effort to help me find the diamond bond for my earrings that I purchased in Toronto in 2015. I cannot find the receipt because it was purchased long time ago, but Shabar did not hesitate to contact customer service online and find the transaction number. He was very helpful, really appreciate the effort he made. Next time I come back to People's I would definitely buy from Shabar.... That's what you called an excellent customer service!
I’ve always had wonderful experiences at peoples! The staff are wonderful and knowledgeable. The quality of the jewelry is always outstanding. I highly recommend them for all and any fine jewelry needs.
