Excellent customer service at this location. There was a small issue with a gift I had purchased for my mom, but Barb was quick to solve the problem and was amazing to deal with! Thanks again Barb for your help.
Janelle was AMAZING! She provided excellent, quality customer service for the complex problem I gave her. She worked hard for me for over an hour and a half to get everything taken care of. And she still had a beautiful smile on her face People's and this is aprime example face at the end. I've always had exceptional service at Nanaimo People's and this is aprime example.
My partner and I went in to try on rings and fell in love with 2 perfect rings. Vicky was great! And we got a great deal with the labour day sale!
I am giving 5 star specifically for Shabar, he was the only one who made an extra effort to help me find the diamond bond for my earrings that I purchased in Toronto in 2015. I cannot find the receipt because it was purchased long time ago, but Shabar did not hesitate to contact customer service online and find the transaction number. He was very helpful, really appreciate the effort he made. Next time I come back to People's I would definitely buy from Shabar.... That's what you called an excellent customer service!
