We got our wedding jewelry here (two sets of gold earrings and a beautiful garnet and gold bracelet) and Shubha was so lovely and helpful!
Wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately have to give one so I can leave a review. HORRIBLE customer service. I tried to return a necklace that was a gift to me. I had the receipt that was given to the person that bought it for me they only got an emailed copy not a physical one so that’s what they gave me. They paid in cash figured this would be easy to return without them. Was told I couldn’t because the receipt was in their name not mine. My experience with Dharm & Nazifa at st vital people’s jewelry location far exceeded my expectations. I initially came in for a simple repair and polish on a previous purchased items and was overwhelmed with knowledge and benefits I wasn’t aware or up to date with. My experience was fabulous at peoples jewellers in Saint vital ! I had a lot of questions to ask about what I wish to purchase, and the representative Doreen was very pleasant ,creative, incredibly knowledgeable, and understanding, . I left my purchase as Happy as could be.!!!! If you go to peoples jewellers ask for DOREEN…she takes the time and is absolutely wonderful ..and I’m very grateful!! Thank you Doreen !
