My Mom and I went into People’s (and a few before) looking for a watching for my dad’s Father’s Day gift. Nazifa welcomed us and showed us multiple watches, we expected to be upsold (as previously in the day) but she listened to what we wanted I showed her an old broken watch of my dads that’s he has had for 14 years and she made us feel listened too and when we picked a watch that was higher up in price she didn’t push it on us instead she said showed us the diamonds around the face and band and went back to the other one b... read more
