I have been a customer at the Richmond Centre People's for over thirty years. The staff is superb as is the store manager. I have bought many treasures there over the years. Alice assisted me this time and was a pleasure to deal with as always. Great jewelry and great service-always. And I love my new ring! Thanks Alice!
DO NOT RECOMMEND. Staff here have terrible attitudes and will make you feel like crap. I come here for warranty checks every 6 months and every time I come in here the staff treat me worse and worse each time. They will give you a lot of attitude since they know you’re just here for a warranty appointment and they’re not making any money from you. They are also extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never buy anything from here again.
