I went in to get a couple sets of earrings and Arpita assisted me. She was pleasant and patient. She took the time to find something that I really liked. I’m the end I was quite satisfied with my purchase. Thank you.
No stars from me they charged us 3 times for my engagement ring I had to fight to get my money back I should have walked away then a couple of months ago the claw broke on the ring I took it in to be fix and they wanted me to pay to get it fixed they say gemstones are not covered only diamonds I don't them they had been cleaning my ring wrong I was told that by one of there employees diamonds are gemstones and I was told no other jewelry would cover the gemstones i found 4 that would I have 25000 dollars worth of rings that ... read more
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at People’s Jewellers in Polo Park. I brought in an engagement ring to be resized, expecting professional service and discretion. Instead, when my fiancée took the ring in, she was shown a printed receipt that disclosed what I had paid for the ring. I found this highly inappropriate, as that information was private and was not hers to be given without my consent.
