We had a great experience with Lorna, she is extremely helpful and nice.
Unfortunately, I have to write a negative review for this location. My wife recently visited the store to have her engagement ring serviced under warranty. The associate looked up my profile and insisted that my wife would have to pay because the ring had "never been checked in store." While we did miss one inspection, the associate repeatedly told my wife that she had never brought it in and that the warranty was void. I have very good custmer experience over there . lorna is the best sales associate there. We just buy the necklace , ring and earing because of lorna. She also deserve the raise as well .
