Person had no idea idea what to do to help me replace the chain on my new necklace. Quality of item is poorly made n packaged. The chain was all tangled up when I got it and then I wore it once n it snapped off. Then even tho I have life warranty on it they still tried charging me to replace the chain. Never again am I shopping at this store
