I had been looking for a pair of amethyst earrings. When I went to People’s Jewellers, luck was on my side. Paula was there, and she directed me to the perfect pair of amethyst earrings. The earrings look great, and I am so pleased that I bought them. I have received compliments whenever I wear them. Thank you again, Paula, for helping me find them!
The lady helping my daughter was so nice and patient. Charms wouldn't give a 5 buck discount so she bought more expensive ones here because the lady working was nicer (plus we were offered a discount). This is what sales is all about, being nice. Making a customer feel special. Well done! The ear rings were more (plus nicer of course) but the memory was priceless.
