Honest review, no sugar coating. If I can give more than 5 stars, I will. Just today, I went to the Devonshire Mall location to clean my bridal set ring. However, one of the diamonds fell off; it was an accident caused by the ultrasonic wave (cleaning). The lady was a bit panicky; she called someone from the store location (where I bought the ring- Tecumseh Mall) to check if there was an available stock.
