So disappointed with my experience. I ordered an item for Mother's Day with a guarantee that it would arrive by then. When I get the tracking number from UPS, it shows estimated delivery date the day after Mother's Day. I reached out to People's and they insist they shipped it expedited and that it's UPS's fault. So, I reached out to UPS and they confirm it was not shipped expedited, but just standard, and there is nothing they can do now. This place won't answer their phone. Trying to book an appointment for warranty service for weeks now. No one answers the phone.
