I was attended to today by Sarah H, the Assistant Manager, and I must say she was amazing. She was kind, friendly, professional, and swift. Her charming smile and convincing approach made my purchase experience smooth and enjoyable. Her customer service was absolutely top-notch , I’ll definitely recommend her.
I had a very disappointing experience with this jewelry store. My husband went in and waited for over 20 minutes. During that time, both employees looked at him but did nothing to acknowledge or assist him. Then, another customer walked in and one of the employees went to help him right away, completely ignoring the fact that my husband had already been waiting.
