Repairs? We have an extractor that has been in their possession for 5 weeks for repairs and they are still claiming to be "repairing it. This unit was dropped off BEFORE halloween and it is now December. When I called to see what in the world is going on... THEY LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME and I havent heard anything since. Im not making this up I am so disgusted I dont know what else to say
Just went to make a pick up for the company I work for and the staff were all really friendly and helpful Thanks for an awesome experience
