I found People's Home Service when we moved into the area, and we are a repeat customer. ****, the owner/operator, worked with me to understand the requirements of our jobs. The first one included framing a wall, where he added additional framing so my wife and I could later add a pull-up bar without an issue. He worked quickly on the drywall and was also able to patch up some other substantial holes for me without an issue (or added cost). Although I have not employed Mr. ************* I have had to deal with his extremely unprofessional demeanor for weeks now. He is "doing a job" (building a shed) at a neighbor's house, and he parks his vehicle so it blocks neighbors' access to their homes. When asked to move, he not only says "no," but he jumps at the chance to insult you. He called my 80 year old mother "crazy" (and me as well) because we were afraid our trash can would not get picked up, as his truck was blocking it. I am saddened to see this review on the BBB. As stated in their words, these persons were not a customer of PHS. Additionally, the information they provided is not accurate. Not even in the least. Any engagement with this party was initiated by them with hostile intent. My customer, their neighbor, was very satisfied with my company and witnessed firsthand the disrespectful, hostel, irrational behavior of this reviewer. PHS prides itself on repeat customers. very satisfied with their work We had the People's Home Service help hanging all of the blinds in our house. I didn't want my husband to have to deal with it, so when I saw the coupon in the mailer we received, I called them up right away. We were very pleased with the service we received. We have many, many windows in our two story house that needed blinds. They were very patient and able to get the job done over two days.
