They sold my loan to another branch of servicing and now they tell me I have no home owners insurance despite me paying for it. Apparently it's too hard for them to transfer info when they shovel you off to elsewhere. Very inconvenient to have to learn a new payment portal and make a new account. In under 2 years. Hopefully I won't have to do this 16 more times before the home is paid off.
We were told HELOC was in the process for several months. Never happened, but the credit was ran. Very poor communication as well. The agent was disappearing for weeks, not responding to phone calls nor texts, and occasionally kept reassuring us that the process was moving a long. She was dragging us for nothing. Never got it at the end without any explanations.
Jeff has gone above and beyond for my husband and I. He responds to e-mails quickly and will answer all of your questions (as first time home buyers we had a lot). Jeff made sure we were able to close last Friday. He assured us everyday up until the closing that were were still good to go. We could not have done this without Jeff and look forward to working with him in the future.
Chris was very attentive and always readily available to assist with questions. We had a difficult time finding a home for this buyer because we continually were running up against multiple offers. Chris provided recommendations throughout the process . In addition, he provided some very valuable assistance at closing and made sure the closing progressed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend.
Chris Is the go to person to get your loan done and work quickly. I trust Chris and have done purchase and refis with him over the last few years. Always smooth. Always professional. I have referred him to family. So that should say it all.
