Our technician was polite and took time to explain exactly what the issue was. I also greatly appreciate the company responding quickly and coming out on a Saturday evening.
Heroes saved the day! Our AC went out during the worst heat wave, and they were swamped. But they squeezed us in, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed faster than we expected. Seriously professional, super friendly, and now our house is an icebox again. Highly recommend!
Aatif did a solid job installing our new AC. He was on time, explained things clearly, and made sure everything was working before he left. The install was smooth and the place was left clean. Happy with the work!
