The worst insurance i have ever dealt with poor customer service lack of knowledge on anything medical related
These are the worst people I have ever had to deal with. They just transfer you to one department to another and you never get the help you need. I hate I ever got them. I can't wait until open enrollment again to go to another company..so after calling back for at least 5 times nothing has happened. I was put on hold for a third 2 team waited for about 20 minutes. Still nothing. These people atr horrible!!
Horrible since bought by United Healthcare. Buyer beware. Seniors beware. A cruel company lacking moral standards and compassion.
