What has happened in o People’s health!!!! This is absurd. Lady dropped/hung up on me. I call back and someone knows my name and claims they would call me back, that I don’t need to call them. No call back!!!! Not the first time either. I will peruse this matter to the top! UNBELIEVABLE! DISGUSTING! DISGRACEFUL! They think this is a joke!
I am an Oculoplastic surgeon and Orbital Oncologist; I am one of the few people in the state of Louisiana trained to do what I do. I have tried multiple times to get onto People’s Health as I am aware that no other providers in my specialty take this insurance. I have called the help line multiple times to no avail and have never been able to contact a physical human being to receive the help I need to get onto this insurance plan. I cannot believe People Health doesn’t provide transportation services for people in a wheelchair. I setup an appointment with them and explained my condition. The morning of my appointment they arrived and told me they couldn’t accommodate me. I was so disappointed.
