I don't understand why all the low reviews. I have been going here for years. Had one issue when they changed systems that frustrated me, but mainly because I am a man of routines. You could not pay me enough to drop my provider there.
Absolutely love this place! The ladies at the front desk are always welcoming and cheerful. I was on a mission almost a year ago to find a good therapist for my child. As a mother/caregiver it’s hard to find one you love that fits everything you’re looking for as well as wanting the best for your child. Brandy and Chris and all the front office staff are amazing. They truly care about their clients.
Watch out if you get involved with this company. We were referred to Madeline Leslie specifically, and she has been treating two of my children for 2 1/2 years now after their father passed away in a tragic accident. She left this company to join another practice, and apparently PFC will not allow Madeline to treat prior patients for one year post her departure. Very disappointed in the organization. We loved our therapist and my son had finally established a rapport with her and she left the organization. We planned to follow her, because of the established therapeutic relationship and also due to PFC not having a replacement therapist available. We were told we could not follow our therapist due to an unethical non-compete clause PFC had invoked, prohibiting client’s from choosing their own provider.
