My experience was neither good or bad. Just business.
This will be second time I have experienced poor customer service over phone and in person. When you speak to them over the phone they rude when I've went in rude. Not a greeting or a thank you. I may need to take my business else where. They have no issue greeting the white people one entered before me and was definitely greeted with a smile. They all rude black and white.
Customer service needs definite improvement. I dread going in to pick up prescripts. Front person doesn’t acknowledge you Literally leaves you standing there until she is ready to acknowledge you. Very negative experience every time I go in there.
