This is by far the worst experience I’ve had in my life. I bought my mom a detail for Christmas and he told me that she could get it done whenever she wants. She has been trying to contact him for MONTHS and he refuses to do the detail and refuses to give our money back. All he does is come up with excuses as to why he can’t get it done or meet to return our money.
