Waiting 10 minutes in a 100 degree lobby to be told a check from Fifth Third Bank couldn’t be verified. In addition to sending a picture of my driver’s license via text to the manager from a personal phone. Deplorable.
I Have to state that Mike the worker here and his co worker were very helpful when I was purchasing my city sticker. although there was a glitch in the system they took the extra steps to resolve the issue and in a timely manner. The staff was friendly and professional, I would recommend everyone to use this local currency exchange. Keep up the good work guys!
