Worst warranty company. Claim adjusters never answer your phone call. It’s a headache to deal with them

We are a service shop located in Kitchener and have done work on vehicles with different warranties approved by Luc Mayer, we are still waiting to be paid for an invoice from March 13, 2025 and May 6, 2025. like all the other service shops that have left a bad review and experiencing the same payment issues, stay away from them, our shop will not service their warranty unless the customer pays for it and lets the customer get the money form the warranty company directly.
