My experience with People’s Choice Warranty has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. What should have been a straightforward warranty claim has turned into a drawn-out, costly, and poorly managed ordeal — all due to repeated delays, miscommunication, and a lack of coordination on their end. I've been without my vehicle for an extended period, yet I'm still making full monthly payments while waiting for repairs to be approved and completed. I had the pleasure of working with Matthew Archer. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me with the difficult situation I was in. I’m very thankful for him for his help and PWC i definitely recommend them !!
Nothing but problems with this company my vehicle was repaired and they approved my repair for warranty.. after a few months the shop called and has been trying to get paid by this company for the repairs which they approved.. I will have to pay for the repairs myself if they do not pay soon. It is almost impossible to get ahold of anyone especially in the finance department. I would avoid this company as a warranty option
As the owner of a repair facility for this company its extremely unprofessional that we can't receive payment for a job done over 3 months ago. Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone within the finance department or a customer service rep that knows anything. And conveniently every time we call there is no managers or supervisors that can assist.
