There was no long wait time and staff was kind, professional and very informative.
Suppose to be open until 8pm. Pulled up at 7:40 with doors closed lights off and the workers rides waiting outside for them. Completely unacceptable all I needed was 10 mins and now I’ll spend my night in the er.

I walked into urgent care feeling like I’d been hit by a truck—fever, chills, fatigue, and every classic symptom of the flu. The so-called “provider” barely spent a few rushed minutes with me, didn’t bother to listen to my lungs, and dismissed it as just a viral infection. It was clear they were more interested in getting out of the room than actually treating a patient. I had to insist on getting a throat swab, which later confirmed I had H1N1 flu.
