My tech Alex arrived at scheduled time,,, I emmediatley felt comfortable with him because he came with a smile and a handshake.. Gosh. Where do I begin? I had a water leak detection system installed the other day. Just recently heard about this from my insurance broker. Interesting? It does entitle me to a discount off my homeowners insurance but it also protects my house from being flooded in the future. Any way, Alex and Bruno showed up. It wasn’t an installation, rather the pilot light went out so Alex Re-lit it, called Rheem and ordered new parts. Had to stay on hold for a very long time. They came out the same day.
People’s choice plumbing has been great for me and my family. Joe came out for an emergency and fixed our leak. I’ve since used them for several more plumbing repairs/projects and replacing our water heater. Always professional, good communication, great service at a fair price.
