Anyone with common sense who cares about their money or their car would never even go in front of this mechanic. These are scammers. This mechanic is a scammer. I left the car and told him about the problem, he kept me waiting for about 4 hours. At the end of 4 hours, he said he finished the car without mentioning a price and charged me ten times that amount for a job that was at most 50 dollars. This man is a scammer. Be warned. This is absolutely one of those places that assumes you don't know anything about vehicles and tries to scam you by fixing problems you don't actually have. We came in to the shop with a very specific problem. He didn't know we were very knowledgeable on the entire vehicle and tried to do the mechanic scam and create problems - then when we questioned him on his reasonings he clammed up and had no reason for them. Pretended to be very busy. Take it from me. This place is absolutely exploiting customers.

They think scamming is a good thing to do. They will scam you without providing any estimatemation before they start their services, even though I have asked them to provide the car service charges estimation they will not provide them. They will provide you after the work is done and the charges will be very high. When you try to speak with the Manager, he will say that he has no time to talk and will act as very busy. Had a great experience with Paulo and his team. Easy drop off and pick up. Great service, very communicative and fair prices. Quality of work is excellent! If you are looking for a great shop with a ton of character, I couldn’t recommend PC enough.

Thanks to Paulo and his staff for all of his help in getting our out of state Audi back on the road. He answered our call after hours and allowed our car to be towed to his place overnight. He made our car's malfunction his priority which enabled us to get home safely the next day. I appreciate his kindness, attention and fair price.
