Had a great experience with Paulo and his team. Easy drop off and pick up. Great service, very communicative and fair prices. Quality of work is excellent! If you are looking for a great shop with a ton of character, I couldn’t recommend PC enough.
This is the best experience I have ever had at a mechanic. Paul is extremely helpful and nice, always fitting me in last minute when he can. I am glad that when I do have a car issue, I can go to PC Auto and be well taken care of.
They think scamming is a good thing to do. They will scam you without providing any estimatemation before they start their services, even though I have asked them to provide the car service charges estimation they will not provide them. They will provide you after the work is done and the charges will be very high. When you try to speak with the Manager, he will say that he has no time to talk and will act as very busy. Thanks to Paulo and his staff for all of his help in getting our out of state Audi back on the road. He answered our call after hours and allowed our car to be towed to his place overnight. He made our car's malfunction his priority which enabled us to get home safely the next day. I appreciate his kindness, attention and fair price. My brake pads and rotors were heavily worn out. I took my car to PC auto and Paulo was very helpful. He had these parts repaired really fast, at a very fair price, and took time to answer all my questions. It was my first time there but definitely will be going back for any future needs.
