People’s choice apartments are slum apartments they are ran by theives they take money and never intend to return security deposits and if they can’t bill you for all security deposit with damage they have when you move in than they just ignore the remainder because they never intended to return it any way I moved out over 7 months ago and they can’t even have the office manager call me let alone write a check. Maintenance is a joke and Cimmarron is infested with bugs. Find another place to live even if it is smaller or fart... read more

This company is B's they target people out side their race
Terrible place. They have mice, roaches and bed bugs. Manager lives there but never see him. If anything breaks they don't care. Called about electrical issues no one came by had to call fire department bc it was sparking and going to start a fire. We were told to unplug fridge lost $200 worth of food. Please don't move here
