This place gets good reviews which is why i called. If you are not a bike rider and have beginner questions about buying a bike i would advise you to steer clear. The snide and sneering response to two 30 second phone call questions about bike availability and sizing was a resounding exclamation of "Oh My God!" and a hanging up of the phone. Jeez guys. Sorry we are not bike experts like you and our inquiries so pedestrian. Off to the big box store of REI we go.

Bought tires and tubes l for my electric bike and payed people's bicycle over 40 bucks per tire to install them and the back tire didn't stay on the rim for 2 days.

Hi, the rear tire was likely defective. We aren't scooter experts nor did we have any previous experience with this tire. We were trying to help a customer in need of assistance where the closest motorcycle shop would not. I did refund all of the money when I realized we couldn't satisfy Michael.
I bought my first road bike during the after Christmas sales and contacted People's to assemble it for me. Bryan promptly replied to my request and we set up a time for me to bring it in during their winter hours. Bryan was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgable. He had the bike ready for me the very next day! When I went to pick it up both Bryan and John were there and they both graced me with a plethora of information for a new road biker. I recommend this shop very highly.

Absolutely great shop. The staff is incredibly helpful and very friendly with a great selection of bikes on hand and very fast turn around on parts / accessories. It is a pleasure doing business with these guys.
