I've been a customer for 2 years now, and I can confidently say this is the best bank in town! The staff is friendly and professional (PBT actually has helpful staff- unlike other banks in the area). Whenever I call, I talk directly to a friendly agent. The lobby area is always clean, well-lit, and inviting. They also have an operational drive-through. I have an organizational account and will soon transfer all my personal bank accounts to PBT Cottleville.
Could not ask for a better bank! They didn't try to sell me on anything, just got me the services I needed as I asked for them. They take to heart the idea of treating people like people instead of a number.
