I was just remembering the time my account got hit with an unauthorized charge and this very bank refused entirely to help me (maybe the lady I spoke with was just having a bad day?), they flat out wouldn't reverse the unauthorized charge, let alone the overdraft "protection" fee. I got to go hungry for about a week until my next paycheck hit. I'd had other issues with this bank, but this was ultimately why I switched to a very nearby bank with a blue logo. Recently opened a business account with this bank and have nothing but issues since. This location is closest to home and every interaction at this bank has been a disaster. The first visit they refused to allow me inside the doors, even with a mask, and told me I would have to make my very large deposit through the drive-through (there were no state mandated Covid restrictions at this time).
