This is the best bank I’ve ever dealt with. The people are so friendly always smiling. Keep up the great work. Highly recommend recommended.
They have no care for you as a person they only care is how they can take more money from you and how they can charge more fees one of the worst experience I have had with a bank I am looking to go back to Chime they where 10 times better

Switching my direct deposited to my other bank. This 4:30 update everyday is annoying. I use my app and never know how much is actually in there. I'm currently -78 in my account because they did not pull something out for over 2 weeks. Now I am currently waiting for them to put back the money from getting gas. I spent $40 they pulled $125.
