I haven't been in the location since I was "shushed" by a teller who had stepped away from me in the middle of a routine withdrawal of by established relationship. I walked out twice. Only to receive a phone call from a manager to invite me back to receive my money.. They grossly misrepresent the definition of a direct deposit and display of incompetence. They flat lied several times about the terms of my requirements to receive a line of credit... Very Unprofessional

Fantastic, competent service. Once you bank locally, you will NEVER go back to big banks. Wow! Whether you just want a checking account, or need multiple accounts or loans or mortgages or business accounts, this is absolutely your bank.

They are liars. Go to Rogue Credit Union. They offer many more perks and truly are a local institution that supports the community. I opened my account six years ago. For the last five years I have never received a NSF fee. This last year my family moved, I was hospitalized and having health issues, unfortunately this had an effect on my finances. I was called and told I was overdrawn and that if I came in before 10am and paid I would avoid the NSF fee. The charges had processed that morning. I made it in before 10am and pai... read more
