The atmosphere of the bank is clean and welcoming however customer service is less than superior. Rachel was very pleasant upon arrival. I was there to open an account, her superior Farrah was less than delightful. She seemed to need an excessive amount of information to open a checking account. I provided a utility bill she stated it needed to be the latest bill although this bill was still within the 30 day cycle, I provided a pay stub in addition she stated against her better judgment she would not accept because I use a ... read more
Competent and friendly service. Efficient and knowledgeable tellers. Wonderful customer service. Would not bank any where else!
Amazing service. I believe the person who helped me was Rachel (1/10/24 at 3:50pm). I don't have an account there, but they were still able to help me cash out my savings bonds. Thought they closed at 5pm, but really was at 4. She stayed late to make sure everything was good. 100% great customer service.
