Canceled my debit card. Did not call to let me know. I live in Lexington have done business with the bank for over 40 years. Tried to get an explanation from a millennial that worked there but as it goes these millennial have no intelligence no morals and no sense. Had to drive all the way from Lexington to get situation resolved. Very disappointed
