I will never bank with people's ever again I had closed my account down...the lady that answer the phone was very rude when I asked a question if yall can't handle ur job then quit point blank
First they sent me a letter saying my credit wasn't any good .Told me it was a standard letter.Which my credit is excellant. Then I try to cancel my loan, said I would be penalized. So I paid offer my loan, was suppose to send me my title, got lose somehow. Had to go to the title office to get a new one charge me $16. 50 tha bank refused to give me my money back. Will not deal wit with them again And will let people know not to by word of mouth which get around like crazy. Not happy customer
Absolutely amazing.
This is just in general overall experience with peoples bank not this particular peoples bank but the online banking is the worst to deal with. Never works, always locks you out, just a pain to deal with.
