This bank are awful they kept charging us for an overdraft that suited them otherwise we didn’t have one. They were such a pain in the arse we closed our account down. Our mortgage is still with them if we could move it we would. DO NOT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE

The web and app interface has to be the worst bank I've ever seen. Nothing gets updated, ever. Nothing works. It's a terrible system.
