They are truly here to help customers. They care and show that they will go above and beyond to exceed expectations.
Went to cash a check wrote on this branch as I have done many times in the past. Fee was $5 prior. Now fee is $10. They did not tell me this till after they wrote all over the check. Went to take the check to my bank and they refused to take it because of the writing they placed on the check. So had to return and pay the fee they doubled over last few months. Bad experience. Will tell other so as they too can avoid this bank.
