I love the customer service here. I always receive the help I need.
After 20+ years of doing business we left this bank due to their inability to compete with other banks rates. They fee you to death - including a $7 fee to close your account. I’ve used many banks for various personal and business dealings in the past and I have never seen anything like this. Very disappointing ending to a long term financial relationship. Go to Independence Bank across the road, you won’t be disappointed.
I wouldn’t bank here because they just keep changing names, and adding new policies that are more to the detriment of the people banking there (Ironic isn’t it). They told me that I met the minimum amount for my checking, which is a hefty $500. Crazy I know. The next month I’m hit with a $5 dollar fee for a policy in the book I wasn’t informed of, and the other employees didn’t even know about it either. so, if you bank here you need to study the book if not you'll be hit with some kind of fee, and when you complain expect t... read more
