I loved the people who worked there before it became people bank but the new people seemed to take over pretty swiftly. Besides their charges I think the employees there are just great!
Not so great, they bought the bank where I’ve had a checking account for over 25 years. They are now charging both a maintenance and a dormant fee without an explanation on what qualifies as a free checking.
Customer service is above and beyond, always friendly and helpful
