Mary was wonderful! She was very patient with my mother. She gave the best customer service.
What’s the point in this bank existing? Most inconvenient hours ever. I have had a check for a week that I need to cash that I can’t get deposited bc they’re hardly open. How are people supposed to bank while the bank is only open during day business hours and they’re very short day hours … society works full time during these hours ? I have to take off work or leave work early potentially risking penalty at work just to deposit a check. I hate chase but at least I can deposit my check in their ATM. I have been with Peoples Bank since 1990! I have seen a lot of good people come and go thru the years but have always thought Peoples Bank was the best choice overall. Customer Service is the key! I wanted to highlight a few outstanding employees at the Highland branch. I call them the “A Team” Kathy, Jessica and Luis are three of my favorite people/tellers at this institution (I def miss Joy too now in Hobart).
