Customer service line ends 7p Monday-Friday so when THEY decided to DEACTIVATE my debit card for “a fraud alert,” I couldn’t freaking use it anymore all night. What in the world???? Not even in the app!! No, just no, no, no! I don’t like this bank already, now they sealed it.
I have 2 accounts at Peoples that I have money direct deposited in every month. I received 2 letters about these accounts that I needed to sign and send back or my accounts would be considered inactive. So I called them and asked how this was possible. They said it was because I hadn't had any withdraws. That's illogical to me. And they didn't even send me a stamped addressed envelope to return the signed letters to them. Zanesville ohio people bank is very Disrespectful and horrible 😤 they Been stealing money out of my accoand always rude on phone and in Person and they never help at all. I told them to stop stealing and they won't listen. They won't haven't even tried sending my bank card to me
My dad wanted to take money out of his savings and put it into another bank . Peoples bank was giving him .30 % the other bank was going to give him 4.5% . The lady Jeannie is the woman . After we took the money out, she reported me to adult services saying dad could be in trouble and may need help . Nothing happened . The lady said dad was within his right to change banks, and he's safe here with us . The lady also has been watching dads checking account .
