Peoples bank has you call a customer service representative if you need to reset your online/ mobile password. That’s good for security. For some reason this bank feels that a business would have no need to reset their password during the weekend. It makes no sense that there would be two separate departments for resetting a password. If it wasn’t so difficult to change banks I would.
I'm sorry that happened . My husband and I have been living in Indiana for 25 years and have been with people's banks for 24 years with people's banks, and we have never experienced anything like that . But if I were you I go back to the bank and speak to a supervisor, not making excuses, but you may have gotten mixed information
