I understand that you have rules set by your bank...but you really need to educate on customer service. You can say no in a professional, kind manner. I do not need someone who belittles me as they say no. If you deposit a check by a certain time, most banks will post the check that day. This bank does not. Unless you actually ask them to push it through (in which it seems you are asking a huge favor), it will not post until the next business day. I will be closing my account just from this issue.
