On October 28th, I visited the branch to close my card due to detected fraud. I was informed that a new card would arrive within 7 to 10 business days. However, by November 14th (12 business days later), I still hadn't received it. When I called to inquire, I was told there had been a delay, and my card had not shipped until November 13th. This is a very good business bank. We've used other banks for our business and had problems. Peoples Bank has been amazing for our business. Their online system is easy and efficient, their wiring system is quick, and there is excellent customer service.
