This bank is great. I use the branch in Edmonds and all the personnel are friendly, attentive and a joy to work with. It’s like a small town bank where you’re known by name. I’ve also used other larger banks in the area and even though I see the same people every time I go in, no one knows my name at the larger banks. This place makes me feel welcome.

On October 28th, I visited the branch to close my card due to detected fraud. I was informed that a new card would arrive within 7 to 10 business days. However, by November 14th (12 business days later), I still hadn't received it. When I called to inquire, I was told there had been a delay, and my card had not shipped until November 13th. They mentioned it would take another 7 to 10 business days to arrive. At this point, I was very frustrated and was transferred to someone at the branch.
