For anyone who saw my previous review, this bank has taken care of my issue. They did answer the phone promptly when I called and were very helpful.
Basically did a cashier's check it got lost in the mail and was destroyed by ups. The bank refused to replace it, even thou the check was never never cashed . So basically lied and stole the money and said that check was good as cash and that I'd was put of the money. Will never recomend and go to this bank again and I'll will be making sure that it is well know to everyone that they do this.
This is a great place to bank! Incredibly friendly staff that make a real effort to get to know their customers.
