The staff was friendly
I was scheduled to pick up a U-Haul rental and when I showed up the place was closed. Neither the phone number on the door nor the one on the counter inside was answered. Horrible service. I do not recommend.

I had bad experience with them they sold me a car air conditioning didn’t work and went out on me with in 10 months
Horrible Customer Service or Support! I asked the front desk to explain the reason why pricing was changed and she did not even try to give me a reasonable explanation. I just needed to know WHY and she did not even try to give me an answer. Businesses have to learn what customer service is and has to teach their employees!
