I purchased a washer and dryer in early February 2021. In mid April I received a refund because the dryer had not been delivered. Adam, the owner, repeatedly said the dryer might be in at the end of each week we spoke and that he would call me to let me know, either way. Adam did not call whenever he said he would, and acted like he did not know who I was whenever I called him until he found the paperwork and then he always acted like it was the first time we spoke.
