People Alliance staff are very friendly, caring and love to help . And They have respect and manners for the customers never make you wait too long in line. They Try to serve you in the best way they can with a smile on their face.
Staff quickly and politely handled an affiliate bank transaction for me without issue. Lobby is small but that's NYC real estate for ya.
The staffs there are wonderful, I love going there.
The staff was cordial and attempted to be helpful but this credit union is less than bare bones. I'm not sure what services they offer past being an interactive ATM. I've been trying for three days to get certified checks from my account at an affiliated credit union but their system for connecting to other credit unions has been down for three days.
