Professional, helpful, such a pleasure to deal with in every level.
Don't go here for co-op shared branch service, they don't know what they are doing. An honest suggestion for People Alliance is to just leave the shared branch network if it's going to take 30 minutes to realize that you don't know how to deposit a check. There are other co-op locations 10 minutes away that deserve 5 stars. Their sign out front saying they are a 5 star branch should be removed.

This Ronkonkoma branch is my home branch since I made the move nearby. It is always welcoming to step into this small office with big service with staff who are all eager to assist. Don’t believe just me but look to all who enter. Many times they have gone over my expectations when I seek help and advice.
