Return peoples phone calls when they leave a message that they need some information. I have left 5 messages and no one has bothered to give me a call back over a period of 4 weeks.
I’ve experienced the worst this weekend with having my card declined and unable to reach anyone for assistance. I was scheduled to handle car repairs and had absolutely so access to money! I’m reconsidering moving to another bank unfortunately.
Only way to contact someone at the branch is to email them, among other things.
This place is extremely difficult to deal with. We got an auto loan through them. They don't give you a payment book, so you can't mail in payment, and there's no way to pay online from your account page. So I have to physically take a payment by there on my lunch break. Very inconvenient.

Nothing like having your paycheck put into the wrong account on a Friday!!!!🤬🤬 UPDATE: We managed to get to the Petersburg branch to see the drive thru was open, thank goodness!! The lady at the teller fixed the situation for us!! So grateful this branches drive thru was open later!!
