Ordered a custom piece from People's Southgate, I have recieved numerous dates when the piece will be completed, or at least a mock example sent to me. Still waiting on the third "it'll be ready next week" promise, haven't even recieved a mockup example yet. Not a good location for ordering custom/having communication.
My husband and I have been purchasing our jewelry at People's at Southgate Mall for the past few years. My husband has bought me many rings, and we have been into look and have our jewelry cleaned (free of charge). For my husband's 75th birthday they helped me pick out a family ring for him. DO NOT finalize a purchase from here without having it appraised OUTSIDE of the store. These people are absolutely as SHADY as they can come
RIP OFF Artists. Bought a ring there in December of 2023 for $7,123.45. Since this shady company will only take it back if I’m “trading up” I looked to sell it at a reseller where I can get a grand total of $877.00 Obviously I have been taken by grifters
