In my opinion..... peoples care, cares more about the the employees schedule for their other job, than they do their client's well being!!!! This system is horrendous! The pay is minimal and the work is challenging. Maybe... pay more to retain qualified Help!

Toby G & Ms. Hope just because ya'll had bad experience doesn't mean everyone has that same bad experience. Maybe ya'll's personality didn't match with the Personal Care Provider you were assigned. you could've always requested a different Personal Care Provider. I don't know what ya'll have tried but for every problem there is a solution. I've never had a bad experience with PeopleCare West. Granted sometimes some staff members have rough personalities or ways of talking & treating clients also some clients can be very diff... read more

Serving underserved areas throughout Colorado... this company's willingness to think outside the box, provide great customer service, and provide excellent home healthcare to rural areas of Colorado is what makes this a great company. The people that work for this agency really care for the patients/clients that they serve. As they continue to grow the company, there are always growing pains, but I feel that they have achieved in creating systems and having programs to ensure they are providing excellent care to the families... read more

I have been putting this off for years but I am so discusted!!!Time after time of disappointment with this company and every time I complain about the lack of care they have the same excuse, “ We just changed management.” They can shove it this time! I’m pulling my dad from this company! I found my father again bleeding, his arm tore up to the elbow, pools of blood, he had fallen and hadn’t eatten in 4 days! He was left for dead. Crapy company! your loved ones will die faster with their total neglect and lack of care. Wouldn't recommend hiring! you are lucky if they even show up, and if they do show up you are lucky if they stay long enough to feed, bath, dress, shop, or clean! They pocket your money and provide the minimum service if any at all. Unacceptable!!!!!
