The workers did a good job moving, however my complaint is, there was an envelope in my couch console with something in it that is missing. The envelope is still there but the items are not!
Very disappointed in this company. Seems the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Very rude employees. Damaged some of our furniture. I won't be using them again. Can't recommend them.

All of my furniture was damaged. Specifically asked for my couch to be wrapped as well as bed frame and mattress. Not only was nothing wrapped it was dragged across the ground and on whatever they could hit on the way to the truck.Called the company and spoke with someone named Shane prior to the movers leaving to let them know my belongings were damaged and I was not going to pay. He then told me I have to pay in order to File a claim. Over A month later and the claim still has not been processed and they are ignoring calls... read more
